Refund policy

Easy Returns & Exchanges
You may return an item for any of the following reasons:

  • I received a defective item

  • Item was working initially but isn’t working anymore

  • The product was damaged in transit

Time Limit
If any of the items you ordered is defective or damaged during transit, you have 30 days of delivery to notify us after receipt.

Warranty Claims
We will process manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf. Please contact us prior to returning an item for warranty.

Return shipping cost
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the item was damaged during transit or is defective. Klipaz will provide a return label within the first 30days of purchase if the item was received damaged caused by transit or defective. After 30 days, the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost under any circumstance.

How is the refund applied?
If the returned item is returned new, in its unopened and original packaging, a refund will be posted to the credit card or PayPal account used on the original order.

For sanitary and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, issue refunds, or provide store credit for any items that have been opened or used.

Only unused items in their original, sealed packaging are eligible for return in accordance with our standard return policy. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

What documents do I need to provide upon return
Include a note inside the returned package with the following information:

  • Your complete name, address, and phone number

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return
